Q: Can you pass all the testing?

A: Yes, we can pass all the testing, such as EN71, EN13138, EN25649, REACH (Non-phthalates, PAHs), ROHS, CE, ASTM, CPSIA, etc.

Q: How can we get a quotation?

A: Please kindly send us detailed product photos with specifications or send us a sample directly. We will calculate and provide a quote accordingly within 24 hours.

Q: Can you accept OEM and ODM?

A: Yes, we have over 19 years of experience in OEM production and share a very good reputation with many famous brands.

Q: What is your MOQ?

A: The MOQ depends on the size of the products. We also accept low quantities by using our stock material.

Q: Can I get a sample?

A: Yes, we can offer one sample for free. If more samples are needed, we will charge a sample fee, which is refundable when the order is confirmed.

Q: How about your delivery time?

A: Generally, it is 25-30 days during our off-season and 35-60 days in peak season. Please contact us if there is urgency for promotion or nearing deadlines. Sampling lead time is 1 to 7 days.

Q: What are your payment terms?

A: Our payment terms are T/T 30% deposit, and the balance against the copy of B/L. This is negotiable.
